What gift would you give as a thank you to so much that this land that welcomes you without further ado gives you?

Our gift is to make a simple 100% vegetable meal with the best organic ingredients* that we can find, whole grains, seaweed, sprouts, seawater ((that we buy), sugars such as Arenga, Palmyra, coconut blossom syrup, xylitol from birch and stevia, we cook with titanium pots, we do not use microwaves and our oven is 50% steamed, nor do we use palm oil*.

We are committed to working mostly with small companies, and biodegradable materials in our takeaway containers, the paintings on the walls are ecological, our furniture is made by local artisans and is recycled as much as possible.

We want to offer what we would like to find outside, a small space, hence it is necessary to reserve*, and if we do it very well, small organic farmers will surely multiply, keeping chemicals away, cleaner seas, the land less intoxicated and we humans, more relaxed and firm. Convinced that this walk is a walk and being at peace with ourselves begins with the selection of our plate.

You often ask us why we don't franchise or open more stores, it's not possible, it's all very handmade and practically at the moment. We have invented recipes closer to what the palate recognizes, and we are putting many hours into it, there is an opinion from Triadvisor *that completely undressed us and although we don't know who it is, it connected with this project to the depths. If you live aware of impermanence, you want small businesses to diversify and not go through what we do, refusals from banks for loans, etc. That is why we have been open for 4 years and now is when we are opening our website, we are going very slowly, since we started with a lot of help from family and friends that we must return and are grateful for their trust. We all deserve a chance... it's better that people take ideas, even improve them and this expands. We are working very hard and the margin is not very high due to the raw material we use, so 10 years is fine for this self-imposition. When those 10 years are up, we will auction* this precious space. If anyone is interested we will make a section for it.

Ecological: products that have not been treated with pesticides, are grown respecting the cycles of nature without genetic manipulation and provide benefits for the environment and the agricultural community. They are those that develop all their stages of growth and production as in nature and without artificial intervention. When we started doing vegan and eco fairs, about 15 years ago, there were few people who farmed organically, but thanks to the people who support it, this is changing. Not all the people who grow organically want to pay for the stamp, since there are many people who have become disenchanted with the system, but they are faithful to their ideas and farm as before, because we have located them in every place we have been, We keep track of those who have the seal like those who don't, and we buy from those who give us confidence when we see how they grow. We think that prices are cheaper if many of us buy organic products.

Palm oil* On a visit to Malaysia, I believed that the stars did not come from the sky, that it was part of that humidity in the environment that there was always a gray haze, when I met local people, they told me that it was due to the massive felling of trees and palm oil... Opinion from tripadvisor* we don't normally see them, when we started this project, we were clear that if we bet on quality, we couldn't pay for advertising, and better to do everything as best as possible and detach from the results, especially when you make decisions not to work with refined white sugar and the flavors are so natural that there aren't those peaks that the palate likes so much. My partner comes to the kitchen and tells me that I have to read an OPINION*, I tell him no, he insists and all my hair stands on end. Someone had connected... But although it is the opinion I read, I could see that people were liking it... What a joy that there is this connection with a meal as simple as the one we present.

Auction or sale* the first day we took an empty place without electricity or water, we decided that it was a life project, one of those that if you don't do it you can't die in peace. It had to be the most ethical thing, and grow with it, and on the last day auction off this small space made with such enthusiasm, supporting us with artisan artists from the area who gave magic to this beautiful space and to whom we are very grateful.
